<b>Q: Returns<br></b>A : As long as your piece has not been damaged or modified, you can return jewelry within a week for a full credit or refund minus shipping and credit card processing fees.<br>(usually 3%). &nbsp;Items that have been resized or especially made for you&nbsp;are not returnable.<br><br><b>Q : Deal of the Day<br></b>A : Our website does not allow us to denote on the website&nbsp;if another party has already "ordered" the deal of the day, as there is no order processing on the site and we follow up and contact buyers by email or phone&nbsp;regarding payment.&nbsp;&nbsp;If more than one person requests the "deal of the day", we will contact those buyers in order received, and the first person confirming their order will receive the item. &nbsp;If we have a somewhat similar piece, we may (if possible)&nbsp;offer that piece at similar discount to the second buyer.<b><br><br>Q : Breakage</b><br>A : Stone breakage after receipt of jewelry will be examined on a case by case basis, but in most cases is not covered. Defects in manufacturing normally will be repaired when possible.<br><br><br>
